Luka Fitness processes and ships merchandise orders within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable federal shipping regulations, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Rule. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Luka Fitness is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages, and customers assume responsibility for providing accurate shipping information.
