All purchases made through Luka Fitness, including fitness classes (boxing, Muay Thai, group sessions), personal training, holistic services, digital programs, memberships, and events are final and non-refundable. By purchasing any service or product, you agree that Luka Fitness operates under a strict no-refund policy due to the time-based and limited-capacity nature of our offerings.

Exceptions & Legal Rights

Notwithstanding the above, Luka Fitness will comply with all applicable California and federal consumer protection laws. Refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued only in cases where a service was not provided, a product is defective or damaged, or where a refund is otherwise required by law. In most cases, Luka Fitness may offer rescheduling or store credit at its discretion instead of a refund.

By purchasing and participating in Luka Fitness services, you acknowledge the inherent risks of physical activity and accept full responsibility for your participation. Refunds will not be issued due to injury, personal scheduling conflicts, or change of mind. Luka Fitness is not liable for any injuries or damages except as required by law, and all clients are encouraged to consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness program.
